Right now, I'm offering distance training services and some one-on-one training sessions in certain areas. The one-on-one training sessions will help beginners get started and some of the most experienced gym buffs reach a new level! I have programs that help athletes perform better in their sport, as well as everyday people who just simply want a daily exercise program to keep them healthy.
Distance training services are specific work-outs designed with you in mind. I will create a 4 week program based on your needs and what you're trying to improve physically. Each month the program will increase based on your level of intensity. My workout designs have been proven to work for people of all ages, shapes and sizes. I've even heard great things from top collegiate and professional athletes in the NFL who have used one of my workout programs.
